Foundation Experience
“The Beginning”
The Foundation Experience introduces players to elite British football in a structured, supportive environment. Over two to four weeks, participants receive UEFA-licensed coaching focused on mastering core techniques, game understanding, and mindset.
Advanced Residency
“The Pro Pathway”
The Advanced Residency offers a deeper level of immersion — an intensive four to six-week journey that mirrors the daily life of a UK academy player. Participants follow a professional training schedule featuring two sessions per day, physical conditioning, and tactical development workshops.

Step 1:
Assessment & Consultation
Your journey begins with a private, one-to-one consultation with our technical team. We review your goals, playing position, match footage, and current level. Using this information, we create a realistic and personalised UK pathway, matching your ability with the right training environment and clubs.
Step 2:
Preparation & Planning
Before you even arrive in the UK, BIFA prepares everything.
You receive a tailored pre-arrival plan — including physical conditioning targets, tactical learning materials, and video analysis feedback. Our operations team coordinates your visa documentation, flights, transport, and accommodation. Parents receive full itineraries, emergency contacts, and welfare briefings.
Step 3:
Arrival & Orientation
Players are welcomed at the airport by BIFA representatives and chauffeured directly to their accommodation. Orientation includes safeguarding induction, fitness assessments, and a tour of training facilities. From this point, every athlete is treated as a professional — disciplined schedule, full nutrition, and guided recovery periods.
Step 4:
Training & Integration
This is where ambition meets action.
Daily sessions with UEFA-licensed coaches focus on technical mastery, decision-making, and tactical awareness. Players take part in 1:1 coaching and integrated training sessions with academy-level athletes and, where available, first-team professionals — learning at the pace and intensity of the UK system. Every movement is tracked, analysed, and fed back in personalised reports.
Step 5:
Showcase & Exposure
Each residency culminates in filmed showcase fixtures or closed-door sessions observed by scouts and academy staff. Performances are recorded and edited into highlight reels, with BIFA producing professional dossiers that are circulated directly to clubs within our UK network.

Representation & Progression
When your residency ends, the pathway continues. BIFA remains your exclusive agent, managing trial opportunities, feedback from clubs, and next-step recommendations. Families receive full performance reports, updated scouting interest, and ongoing mentorship from our player management team.

From the moment a player joins our programme, families are kept fully informed through structured communication, welfare updates, and direct access to our player-care team. We know that trust begins with transparency, so every parent receives regular progress reports, training footage, and welfare check-ins.
Our programmes are designed to give parents peace of mind. Players stay in premium, fully supervised accommodation with halal catering, Arabic-speaking welfare officers, and Ramadan scheduling when required. Transport, meals, and daily logistics are handled by our dedicated team — ensuring safety, comfort, and cultural familiarity throughout the stay.
