Every residency — from two weeks to six months — is a fully managed journey that immerses players in authentic UK football environments. Participants train daily with UEFA-licensed coaches, take part in 1:1 technical sessions, and are integrated into sessions alongside high-level Premier League and academy players. Each athlete receives continuous evaluation, video analysis, and tailored feedback to accelerate development and confidence.

Preparation
Before your arrival, our team builds your player dossier, training plan, and logistics package — including visas, accommodation, and welfare arrangements.
Step 3:
Training & Development
On arrival, you’re welcomed with VIP transport and a professional induction. You’ll train daily under UEFA-qualified coaches, complete 1:1 skill refinement sessions, and join elite-level players in high-performance drills and match simulations.
Step 4:
Exposure & Showcase
We provide match opportunities against academy squads, exposure to scouts and club staff, and professionally filmed highlight reels. Every player’s progress is tracked and reported with precision.
Step 5:
Representation & Next Steps
After completion, BIFA acts as your representative — arranging trials, managing communication with clubs, and supporting long-term career advancement.
